Twelve years of knowing our patients by name
“I kept seeing the same thing in emergency practice: a pet whose owner had put off a visit because the last one felt rushed, expensive, or scary. I wanted to build the opposite of that.”
- Dr. Elena Cho, Founder & Medical Director
Willow Creek opened in 2014 as a two-exam-room clinic with one vet, one tech, and a waiting list of pet owners who'd been turned away elsewhere for taking too long with a nervous cat. Today we're a full practice with two veterinarians and a support team of six, but the pace hasn't changed. We still block real time for every visit, and we still call you back the same day.
We're independently owned, which means every decision, from appointment length to what's on the price list, gets made by the people actually in the building, not a corporate scheduling algorithm.
How we practice
Fear-free, always
Low-stress handling, pheromone diffusers in every exam room, and appointments that never feel rushed, for anxious pets and their owners alike.
No surprise fees
You'll see a price range before we do anything beyond an exam, and we call before any procedure that costs more than expected.
Same-week, most weeks
We hold slots open every day for pets who need to be seen soon, not next month.
Meet our veterinarians

Dr. Elena Cho, DVM
Medical Director
Dr. Cho founded Willow Creek in 2014 after ten years in emergency and general practice. She still takes exam-room shifts most days, because she'd rather diagnose a limp herself than read about it in a chart. She's known for slowing down with anxious pets and explaining every option before she recommends one.

Dr. Marcus Bennett, DVM
Associate Veterinarian
Dr. Bennett joined the practice in 2019 after completing a surgical residency, and leads most of Willow Creek's dental and soft-tissue procedures. Outside the clinic he fosters senior dogs, which he says has made him a better bedside communicator with worried owners.
