Dr. Marín opens the clinic most mornings himself. He says the first appointment of the day sets the tone for every one after it. Twelve years in, he still can't resist a good golden retriever tail-wag.

Dr. Osei joined the morning crew in 2020 and has never looked back. She says a 7am start beats a 7pm one every time, and so do the pets, who are calmer before the day gets loud.
